Preston Hollow Village Phases I & II: Giving the Preston Hollow neighborhood a new spin on affluent living.
Preston Hollow Village is a vibrant mixed-use development in the heart of north Dallas. Due to an influx of new homes, offices, retail and restaurant areas, and entertainment and fresh green space areas, traffic engineering services were provided by Pacheco Koch, including traffic signal warrant analysis and traffic impact analysis for 300,000 square feet of mixed-use and 1,200 residential units on a 42-acre site. The walkable environment and amenities of the development was designed to appeal a diverse demographic while delivering a luxurious experience.
