Farmer Brothers Headquarters: A renowned coffee supplier and distributor looking to appeal to the more sophisticated customer.
Across from the iconic Texas Motor Speedway now sits an equally well-known distributor’s 500,000-square-foot distribution center. Farmer Brothers; you know them not because of their name, but because of what they sell: coffee. And with clients from Einstein’s Bagels and McDonald’s to airports and casinos, we bet you’ve tried what they’ve been roasting. After Farmer Brothers moved their headquarters to Texas in search of freedom to pursue a more sophisticated brand, Pacheco Koch was responsible for civil engineering on this project, including modifications to the overall Northport 35 drainage study within the 50-acre site.
