The Bishop Arts District is a nine-acre, multi-phase development including 145,500 square feet of retail/commercial buildings, 425,000 square feet of multi-level apartments, and a 6-story parking garage with a top-level community swimming pool. With over 60 independent boutiques, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, theaters, and art galleries, this tucked-away Dallas neighborhood started as plans of a multi-phase development. Civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture services for the Bishop Arts District were overseen by Pacheco Koch.
