Steve has practiced traffic engineering for more than 27 years, successfully completing a variety of project types for both public and private sector clients. His expertise is in traffic impact analyses, transportation planning, and parking studies. He also provides professional engineering consulting services to clients on-site planning, parking design, pedestrian environment, traffic management, traffic calming, and traffic signal operations.

Steve has analyzed traffic and transportation patterns on numerous sites, and determined appropriate locations for new thoroughfares or enhancements to current streets and traffic control devices that will serve future traffic demands.

Additionally, many of his projects have involved examining the current parking supply of a property and determining whether current and future demands necessitate additions to or changes in the parking allocation. Based upon those studies, he has determined appropriate measures to provide excellent site access, internal circulation, pedestrian environment, parking efficiency, as well as off-site functionality to ensure projects are safe, sustainable, and effective.
