Jim has more than 39 years of experience in independent design, project management, and departmental management.

He began his engineering career in Dallas in 1982, giving him extensive knowledge of local municipalities and governmental agencies. He has provided design and consulting services for a wide variety of private and public sector projects, specializing in complex site development projects. His knowledge of local codes and processes allows him to assist his clients through the maze of permitting processes.

In addition to providing in-house QA/QC, Jim is also a highly qualified land surveyor with experience in a wide variety of areas including land title surveys, boundary location, subdivision platting, right-of-way surveying, and easements.
