Sewer Rehabilitation Contract 79
The City of Fort Worth maintains an ongoing program to eliminate sanitary sewer overflows throughout the City. Pacheco Koch’s role in Contract 79 included the engineering design services for approximately 11,500 linear feet of sanitary sewers located in the City of Fort Worth, ranging in sizes from eight to 66-inches.
Sewer construction methods involved rehabilitation and replacement by open cut, pipe enlargement and auguring with portions of the project within TxDOT right-of-way. The project also included the alignment study and design for the 66-inch sanitary sewer main to combine and abandon two existing mains.
