Monty Stratton Parkway
Monty Stratton Parkway is a north-south arterial that is the cornerstone of the future West Greenville development. The parkway is a four-lane divided roadway connecting IH 30 to SH 66.
Pacheco Koch was retained to design the first phase of roadway, which included 6,500 linear feet of the interior lanes between IH 30 and Lion’s Lair Road. The first phase provided direct access from IH 30 to Paris Junior College Greenville Campus, Greenville High School, Greenville Sports Complex and future developments along the corridor. Included were planning and design for widening 1.2 miles of two-lane divided concrete roadway to four lanes.
