Ellis, Navarro County Integrated Pipeline
Pacheco Koch was selected as a Section Leader for surveying services associated with this cross-country water line construction project for Tarrant Regional Water District. The areas assigned total 25 miles in length and cross 88 parcels of land, as well as interstate highways and railroads.
Boundary surveying was performed in order to create easement descriptions for the pipeline alignment. Ground control for aerial mapping was provided for approximately 30 miles of alignment, and topographic surveying performed in obscured areas to supplement the aerial topographic survey. Pacheco Koch has also been tasked with QA/QC of easement descriptions prepared by other Section Leaders for approximately 50 miles of pipeline alignment. We are providing data to be converted to a GIS database and setting up aerial targets for the production of ortho-rectified aerial maps.
