The Ambrose

Pacheco Koch provided civil engineering and land surveying services for a five-story high-density multi-family/retail development on approximately three acres of land located in Deep Ellum.

The scope of services included a boundary and topographic survey, preliminary and final plat, and construction plans for grading and drainage, water and sanitary sewer, paving, and erosion control. The development is adjacent to a DART station that was also under design when this project commenced. The retail component of the development fronted the DART station and the hardscape grading and drainage was designed in a collaborative effort with DART to provide seamless integration between the two.
