Ursuline Academy Buildings
Pacheco Koch provided civil engineering and land surveying services for Ursuline Academy’s 70,000 square foot French Family Math and Technology Center and 4,000 square foot Music Hall Addition.
The new facilities included classrooms, science and math labs, and a music hall for band and orchestra. Professional services included a topographic survey, platting, and full civil design as well as bid and construction phase services. Both projects were designed and constructed utilizing the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® for Schools guidelines. The Music Hall Addition received LEED® Silver certification and the French Family Math and Technology Center received LEED® Gold certification. The $17 million facilities opened in Spring 2010.
