UT Southwestern Center, Radiation Oncology Building

Pacheco Koch was selected to provide civil engineering and landscape architecture services for a 65,000-square-foot transformative cancer center. This $33 million facility opened in 2017 and includes 7 radiation vaults, clinical space, faculty offices, support space, and a 4 level garage with more than 300 spaces. Our scope included demolition plan, dimensional control, site paving, grading and drainage, erosion control, stormwater pollution prevention plan, utility relocation, irrigation, landscape and hardscape. Additionally, Pacheco Koch provided as needed project coordination, bidding and construction phase services. During design, Pacheco Koch prepared detailed a cost estimate based on quantity takeoffs for proposed site improvements.
