Mark has been practicing in the transportation industry throughout Texas for more than 41 years. For more than half of his career, he has served in a variety of capacities for the Fort Worth District of TxDOT, including the Director of Transportation Operations and Area Engineer in North Tarrant and Wise/Jack Counties. Additional roles included bridge and structure design, advanced roadway project planning and schematics, environmental, roadway and freeway design, maintenance, and operations. Working from the firm’s Fort Worth office, Mark will serve as the Director of Transportation and Construction Engineering and Inspection, bringing a new level of highway and CEI expertise to Pacheco Koch’s TxDOT and municipal clients.
